Release of 4-series Ozone Sensor

After spending a great amount of time to verify the long-term stability and other technical features, SemeaTech is pleased to announce the official release of 4-series Ozone sensor. SemeaTech strongly believes this new sensor is capable of providing the most accurate, effective and economical tool in the market to detect Ozone gas. There are two specifications of 4-series Ozone sensor:
4O3-10
Normal Range：0~10ppm
Maximum Overload：50ppm
Sensitivity：0.85±0.25μA/ppm
Response Time（T90）： ≤45s
Zero Signal： <±0.1μA
Resolution：0.02ppm
Linearity：linear up to 10ppm
Bias Voltage： 0 mV
4O3-100
Normal Range：0~100ppm
Maximum Overload：200ppm
Sensitivity：0.55±0.20μA/ppm
Response Time（T90）： ≤45s
Zero Signal： <±0.1μA
Resolution：0.03ppm
Linearity：linear up to 100ppm
Bias Voltage： 0 mV
